Judy spent several years working for McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 100 Company in the drug and health care industry, before retiring as the Vice President of National Accounts. She is a trained Black Belt in Six Sigma Analysis, and incorporates such practices and methods into her services. With her background in process management, she continually looks for the most efficient and effective way to manage her business while exceeding her client’s expectations. She has a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Elmhurst College, and is currently mentoring students through their School of Business. With her professional background and her own personal experiences dealing with aging family members, Judy is sensitive and knowledgeable regarding the issues of aging, long term care, nursing homes, assisted living and life changing illnesses. She lives in Kildeer and enjoys yoga, golfing, cooking and skiing. She has two children, Lisa and Mike.

With a law degree from Pace University, and many years working for financial institutions such as Fidelity Investments, Morgan Lewis and as an attorney in Boston, Ursula’s experience varies from representing investment companies and mutual funds to negotiating agreements to establish investment programs for banks across the country. Naturally, and not surprisingly, her career progressed toward helping individuals navigate their own way through the investment world: “When I was working at LPL Financial, I was able to see a gap in the service clients were receiving. I believed that with my background, I could engage my clients in a meaningful partnership and assist them in the management of their future. I then became an LPL Financial Advisor.” Women’s centered topics are of great interest to Ursula, and she is actively involved in several women’s organizations. Denise Izatt

Denise builds and nurtures long lasting relationships with her clients. Her background as a former teacher and administrator brings a unique perspective to her business, and allows her to address many of the specific issues that her clients face. Denise attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Education. She went on to teach for many years in Illinois before receiving her MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She then pursued her Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial Planning. Before joining the financial services industry, Denise was a director of finance for the University of Illinois Medical Center. Denise enjoys golf, theater, biking and gardening, and is a retired high school and college volleyball official. She supports her community and serves as the event chair for the holiday Meals on Wheels Celebrity Chefs Brunch, sponsored by the Agency on Aging. She maintains a list of 50 things she would like to see or do in her lifetime, and is passionate keeping that list a priority.

Lisa VanArsdale

Business Development Manager

With a recent degree in Finance from Elmhurst College, Lisa’s energy and enthusiasm bring a fresh perspective to our business. She is the newest full time addition to the enRich team, assisting us with portfolio management and financial research, as well as managing our marketing campaigns, our website and our social media initiatives. She looks to complete her securities exams this winter, and her newest passions outside of the office are running and triathlons.

Blanca Longino

Client Services Associate

Blanca brings years of experience to her position. She provides exceptional customer service to our clients and has a unique understanding of what each client needs. She is professional, warm and committed, and has been with Denise for over 20 years. When not at work, Blanca spends time with her husband and son, and her new puppy, Chewy.

Kristy Brzuszkiewicz

Administrative Assistant

Kristy is excited to join our team after having finished her undergraduate degree at Illinois State University. During college, Kristy worked as an intern for enRich and had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the office. As a full time team member, she is responsible for marketing, account document processing, client review preparation and overall client service. She enjoys being physically active as well as spending a lot of time with her family. Kristy has recently begun training her newest family member, her puppy Duke.

Adrianna Sims


You can hear her smile through the phone! Adrianna manages our client review process making sure we answer all of your calls as well as coordinating everyone’s calendars. She graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Business Management. She is excited to learn and grow in the financial field. Adrianna is an enthusiastic Chicago Blackhawks fan and enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, family and friends.
